We want you to come and enjoy it here, and return, and tell your friends about the relaxing time you enjoyed in our natural setting. Choosing the wrong campsite can ruin a good break and your enjoyment of your holiday is so very important to us.

Fforest Fields is a secluded 7 acre rural caravan campsite a few miles from the market town of Builth Wells in central Wales. It is well drained & almost level with generous grass & hardstand pitches served by a circuit road. It is landscaped with lots of trees to provide shelter & screening.

dog-friendlyDog Friendly

We are a dog friendly site for well-behaved dogs & Fforest Fields is an ideal place for a dog walking holiday. Dogs just love it here, as there are masses of lovely farm & woodland walks straight off the site. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per pitch unless prior permission given.

quietQuiet...

There is no traffic noise as the site is tucked well away from the minor A-road. We are very relaxed because we want you to be too. We only really have one rule, "consider your neighbours"!

Please do not put our postcode in, as this is centred on a farm, with a tiny yard for turning in,  up a small 'B' road!

We are about 2hrs from Birmingham & West Midlands, 2.5hrs from Bristol & just over 3hrs from Manchester. The roads around here are good & normally traffic free. For location details, suggested routes & links for the latest Welsh traffic news, please check our location page.

We are proud of our campsite & the birds & wildlife it harbours. We mow it carefully & leave the borders & banks as sanctuaries for small mammals & insects which feed the birds. We received the David Bellamy Gold Award for our work in environmental conservation.
