How do I add a border to an image?

Click the image to select it, then click the image icon so the Image Manager opens.
In the top half of the Image Manager is an option called "Border" - tick it...
Now choose "width", "style" and "colour"
In the top right hand corner is "Preview" which shows how the selections you are making affect the image.
