At last

A lovely day! Happy people on the site, sun shining and children playing happily - still getting wet though but this time because they were playing in the ponds.

I would like to welcome Alice Rose (can we have a picture please?!) and hope that it won’t be too long before she has her first camping trip and I get to cuddle her!!

A busy week ahead with the Royal Welsh starting next Monday, 21st and we have a holiday cottage to finish…we have balloon teams staying in it. We have a sort of history with balloon teams, apart from the fact that George has a balloon, we used to have them staying, before the campsite got so busy. Doing bed and breakfast for them and having a pretty fun time. I think that the most we have had in the farmhouse has been 16…they were everywhere! They are back at the show this year due to the efforts of Josh, a young schoolboy from Builth, who has persuaded the Show to welcome them back and persuaded the teams to return. They are always a welcome attraction.
