Busy times ahead

As you probably know next week is the Royal Welsh Show, we are now up to our numbers until the 25th, a week on Friday. At the moment the forecast is looking a bit brighter than last year, certainly for Sunday the 20th when most people arrive, what a blessing that will be, I don’t think it could have been much worse last year though!

We have also been hard at work getting Ffynnonau finished in time for the show. We have two balloon teams booked in, as well as other guests and though I say so myself (!) it looks lovely. Natalie has been working this week to bring it all together, she and Will have been nailing, drilling fixing and finishing and it is beautiful. As soon as we can after the show, when the sun shines, we shall get pictures and a website up and working so you can see just what it looks like.

Harry sent me this picture of his wife of nearly 60 years, Betty, being tempted into George’s tent…..she looks pretty willing to me Harry!!
