What a difference a week makes

I just cannot believe that the site is the same one as last week. We, I say we, but it was Will, has finally managed to mow the grass, the ground is drying rapidly and we can now put tents anywhere we want, the sun is shining and it’s WARM! It was a joy last night to hear people sitting outside their tents having barbeques again…not something we have heard for a while!

We have also got the grass off the Sports Field in preparation for Hundred House Show next weekend. Which is a huge relief. There are more details of the show if you click the title above.

If any of you are wondering what to do, come to see us next weekend. The show is such fun, all the normal things that you would expect from a local show, dogs, horse, sheep, cattle, flowers, vegetables, cookery, painting, model making, running races, displays and the day finishes with trotting races.
