We appreciate your comments
We often get lovely comments from our visitors, we love hearing how much you enjoy Fforest Fields and exploring the hidden secret that is mid Wales, thank you for taking the time to write and tell us. With the new season about to begin I would like to take this opportunity of welcoming you all to our special part of the world.
During the winter George and Will, often helped by Ollie have been hard at work to make the site ready for visitors. Unseen by you is new drainage, water ducting, electric hook-ups, what you will be able to see are new paths, hard standings, all weather pitches, a new entrance, a new road system, a new floor in the loo block, fresh paint - and the reception has been MOVED!! We have planted hundreds of new trees, put fish in the lake, resurfaced a lot of the roads and built a further four hardstanding pitches for motorhomes on the top dog walk. There will be a new walk just outside the park above the Long Lake. I am sorry that we have not built the new loo block yet. We do have planning permission and I know that there are often comments that it is something 'we need to do'. We very much hope that we shall be building it next winter. It is a major financial outlay as I am sure that you can imagine and we want to get it right first time.
We are not taking any more bookings for Easter, although we are not full we just want to wait and see what the weather will bring. We only have a limited number of pitches with hook-up left for Whitsun, otherwise we have availability and we look forward to hearing from you!
