Wonderful September!
It's so often the way isn't it, the children go back to school and the weather warms, calms and we have wonderful sunny days and star-lit nights! Having been stuck in the middle of a high pressure with very little movement the weather has not let us down since the beginning of the month. We have been very busy for the last three weekends and it has been a delight to see so many people visiting us.
Hundred House Show was overcast and it threatened to rain but it was a lovely day. We had many who came just because the show was on and I hope that you enjoyed a little bit of olde worlde Welshy charm and welcome! Our resident photographer took hundreds of pictures, some of which can already be seen on our website at www.fforestfields.co.uk/gallery/thumbnails.php and I am sure that there are more to follow!
Since then it has been the most beautiful month. There have been more people playing in and on the lake than during the August holidays! Last weekend we welcomed the Royal Enfield Club and I think that there were at least sixty bikes with us. Some of them very old and some newer, they are a real attraction to our other visitors and we look forward to them coming every year.
Looking at the BBC forecast we look set for another good week - fan-tas-tic!

Thanks Natalie for bringing Florence Rose to see me she is so beautiful.
we had really lovely weather to this year after last summer with wet most days but we still enjoyed that as we always do as we have been coming for so many years now.
i cant believe it went so fast, Ah well we will look forward to the next time.
