Photograph of the Month

What a difficult choice it’s been! Trying to decide which of your lovely photographs deserved to be Photograph of the Month. There was certainly more than one but the judges met and after a long session, with numerous cups of coffee, over several days, curtains drawn and grandchildren banned, we chose The Calm before the Storm, a beautiful composition by Sue Tinsley.

Harry has now made it into a jigsaw for you all to enjoy!

What a wonderfully high standard and in keeping with all the lovely pictures that you upload to our website. It has always been a pleasure to be able to say to potential visitors to Fforest Fields, visit our website, look at the photographs, they are taken by our visitors!

It's been a busy few weeks for us at Fforest Fields, in spite of the weather! The lake has been much used, come rain or shine, you can guarantee that every weekend there will be children jumping in and paddling their boats and throwing balls for their dogs! I can say though, that we have only had two cancellations because of the weather as far as I am aware, although it's funny how often little Johnny gets a tummy bug!

We now have our heads down for the Royal Welsh which is galloping up in two weeks. We are up to our numbers for those few days but still have pitches available for all dates before and after.

Please remember that it is only GROUPS that we are limiting for the bank holiday, no more than three tents and one at least to have been before. Families with more than three children or more than five in total as still most welcome!
