What are the nearest towns for 'bits and bobs' +
A historic market town just 4 miles from the campsite, here there is a small Co Op Supermarket, butchers, a bakery and coffee shops. The town sits on a pretty stretch of the River Wye.
There is parking in the main high street and a large Motorhome friendly car park beside the river.
In Llandrindod Wells there is a high street with independent shops, newsagents, a book shop and more This is where you'll find a large Tesco Supermarket and an Aldi.

How can I borrow a Kayak? +
Pop into reception and ask, we take a £20 deposit which you get back but we suggest that you give a donation to our Charity of the Year, which has been the Air Ambulance and the local village school in the past.
Where are the dog bins? +
Please put dog bags in the general waste bins in the shed behind receoption.
Where are the Chemical, Organic and Motorhome Waste areas? +
The Chemical Waste area is beside pitch 2, where there is also a motorhome emptying point. There is an Organic Waste point in the shed behind reception.
What time do I need to leave by on my day of departure? +
We don't have a specific Kick Off time, you can stay longer into the afternoon if you want with no extra charge. If you are planning to leave after 2pm we ask that you pop into reception to let us know. Sometimes we will have to ask you to leave by 2pm so that we can ready the pitches for the next arrivals.
We ask that you leave your yurt, clean and tidy, by 11 am (Monday-Saturday) or 2pm (Sundays).
You need to be out of the cottage by 10.30am
